AFTER
This will be the year of my yard. I am declaring. Winter before last I had my whole yard ripped out and redone. The former yard was a bunch of ferns, a very, very lumpy, scraggly yard and some very slippery railroad ties down the slope. I also replaced the rock pavers in the entry patio and replanted the edges. In the fall I tucked pockets of bulbs around. Over the last couple of weeks I've been replanting things I didn't like, clearing out and trimming back. Anne gave me some good advice on areas I wasn't happy with but not sure what to do. Though the weather hasn't been wonderful the plants seem to like it. I know come August I won't be so thrilled with the yard work but for now I love it. I can get my whole yard cleaned up from top to bottom in a few hours. Actually get it done instead of a piece of it done. It's small but there are so many special spaces. You'll probably be seeing lots of pictures of it through the summer. Hope you enjoy.
